A 10-day Tasmania itinerary should treat Hobart as a two-night bookend, Freycinet as two nights, Cradle Mountain as two nights, and leave a day each for Bruny Island or the Tasman Peninsula plus a weather buffer. Fly in, or sail Spirit of Tasmania from Geelong with a car. This is a sketch, not a booked coach.
